The Entrepreneurial Management programme prepares unemployed persons desirous of starting a small business, and owners of small and micro businesses to utilise key principles in managing successfully in a dynamic and COVID-19 environment.
It provides the conceptual and practical frameworks to set strategy, implement innovation, make decisions, and lead effectively as entrepreneurs. During this intensive three (3) month programme, participants will gain a robust understanding of critical functions to identify trends, future opportunities and risks to the survival of their business.
