Healthcare professionals are oftentimes faced with the task of critically identifying what is and what is not permissible, moreso when there is a conflict of individual or community interests, with the number of ever-increasing ethico-legal medical questions.
These individuals are called upon to offer advice while taking into consideration the role that morals and ethics play in the making of important medical decisions.
With the understanding that the both the moral and the legal disputes play an integral part in the dialogue, this course is designed to offer such persons a broader knowledge of the law and its important role in the interpretation and consideration of rules, morals and ethics primarily in this line of work.
